Box Office: Opens at 10:00am 
Parking: $20 - You will pay the lot attendant upon arrival. Parking Lot map is attached. Concert parking is available in the following lots: 25, 35, 8, 31, 37, 44, 54, Bear Park North Parking Garage & Bear Park South Parking Garage
Bag Policy: Only bags 6.5in x 4.5in will be allowed inside the venue after security search. The bag does not need to be clear. All other bags will not be permitted inside the venue. 
Prohibited Items: Outside food and drink, no cameras of any kind (only cell phone cameras are allowed), selfie sticks, weapons of any sort (mace, firearms, pocket knives, batons, brass knuckles, etc.)
VIP Entrance Location: Northeast entrance (corner of Harrison and JQH Parkway). If you need to pick up will call tickets, you will need to pick up from box office prior to going to NE entrance.
Digital Tickets: If you have digital tickets, please have tickets downloaded prior to arrival and ready to scan on your phone prior to arriving to security gate.
