We continually strive to comply with all applicable state and federal accessibility
regulations and to provide accommodations that enhance the experience of all guests.

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena and may be purchased for
compnions and guests online or at the box office. Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability.
Tickets for wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased along with seating for
companions or guests at the box office and online based on availability.
Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.
Guests may be dropped off near the entrances at JQH Parkway and Bear Boulevard. There
additional elevators located on the north and south concourse. The south concourse
elevator provides access to sections A - E & AA - EE, the north concourse elevator
provieds access to sections J- N & JJ-NN.
Great Southern Bank Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests that
are deaf/hard of hearing. Requests for this must be received three weeks prior to

There are two (2) sets of passenger elevators. Elevators are located on the north
and south concourse.
South Concourse: The south concourse elevator provides access to sections A - E & AA - EE
North Councourse: The north concourse elevator provieds access to sections J- N & JJ-NN.
Our staff has been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. We
also have Springfield Police personnel and EMS services at all events.
Assistive listening devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at no charge
and may be checked out at the Guest Service Center just inside the main entrance.
Valid identification, such as a driver’s license, is required as a deposit to ensure
the return of equipment. Please note that the performer must provide a feed to the
arena in order for the device to work.
Great Southern Bank Arena has created a space next to the south elevator on level
2 for fans who need a calm, quiet atmosphere for nursing mothers. Our Mother's Room
is eqiupped with a rocking chair, table, lockable door and other amentities.
Certified service animals (or service animals in-training) accompanying guests with
disabilities are welcome at Great Southern Bank Arena. All service animals must remain
on a leash or in a harness. No other animals are allowed.
Great Southern Bank Arena Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts
for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any point of entry
by asking one of our Guest Services Representatives. Please be aware that our team
members will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be permitted to remain
in an arena wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our Guest Services
Representative will also provide you with an escort to the gate after the event is
over.
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Our facility
also has family restrooms on each level.
