The east end of Great Southern Bank Arena features 107 loge seats housed in the PRIME Overtime Club. Loge seating include a full service wait staff at your seat, padded leather chairs and a buffet style countertop, all of which allows you to watch the game or event in style.
Lost parents and children are taken to Guest Services located south of the main entrance at Great Southern Bank Arena.
The BearWear Team Store is located to the north of the Great Southern Bank Arena main entrance. Featuring the latest Missouri State apparel and souvenir items, the Missouri State BearWear Team Store is open 90 minutes prior to all events. For more information, visit www.missouristatebookstore.com.

For non-athletic events, when the event is selling merchandise, it is available for purchase in the concourse after entering the main entrance.
During the event, lost & found is located at Guest Services, which is just south of the main entrance at Great Southern Bank Arena.

After the event, all lost & found can be picked up at the Great Southern Bank Arena ticket office. The ticket office can be contacted via phone 417-836-7678 from 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday and beginning at 10am on all event days.
Wifi is not available in the facility unless the individual already has a Missouri State University account and password (students, faculty, staff).
For non-Missouri State athletic events, you may park in lot 25, 35, 44, 51, 52, Bear Park North & Bear Park South. These events will have a parking fee at the lot entrances. You can either pay at the lot entrance (cash ) or pre-purchase online at www.missouristatetix.com.

For Missouri State Athletic Events, donor parking is coordinated through the Bears Fund - please contact 417-836-4143 for more information. Open parking for MSU athletic events is available in Bear Park North, located on Cherry Street.
Pets are not permitted in Great Southern Bank Arena. Service animals are welcome. Please check with the Missouri State Ticket Office for accessible seating.
For the safety and security of all patrons, certain items may not be brought into Great Southern Bank Arena. This includes, but is not limited to: outside food or beverage, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, bags exceeding 8.5in x 11in, luggage, strollers, laser pointers, flags, noisemakers, weapons, balloons, gifts, flowers, beach balls. All patrons entering Great Southern Bank Arena are subject to search, this varies by event. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items. Specific events may have additional guidelines that must be followed. Those guidelines will be communicated as necessary.
All events at Great Southern Bank Arena have Springfield Police Officers on staff to ensure the safety of all patrons, fans, athletes, performers and employees while inside Great Southern Bank Arena.
Great Southern Bank Arena has multiple restroom facilities located throughout the arena on the concourse level only. All restrooms are accessible for disabled guests. For the closest facility, please see a guest service representative.
Signs are permitted for most events as long as the signs do not express profane or derogatory statements, do not have dangerous materials on them (stakes, sticks, spokes, etc.) and do not block the view of other patrons at the event. Certain events may not allow signs or have sign restrictions. Guidelines will be communicated as necessary.
Smoking and the use of tobacco products is not allowed inside of Great Southern Bank Arena. Smoking and the use of tobacco products" is defined as the smoking of tobacco via cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, or the use of devices or products that may be used to smoke or mimic smoking (including bongs, hookahs, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc.). However, we have a designated smoking and tobacco use section located outside of the northeast exit. You can get your hand stamped and re-enter the building through that entrance.
The Missouri State Athletics Hall of Fame is located in the Price Cutter concourse on the east side of the facility. The Athletics Hall of Fame honors teams and student athletes whose contributions to Missouri State have helped distinguish the University's athletics program as one of the best in the nation. Complete with interactive displays and memorabilia, the Hall of Fame will illustrate the history of athletics at Missouri State, honor student athletes, coaches, and will showcase Missouri State's rich athletic history.
The distribution of promotional flyers, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures is not permitted in or around Great Southern Bank Arena without the express consent of Missouri State University and Athletics Department.
Patrons who are hard of hearing may obtain an assistive listening device at the Great Southern Bank Arena Guest Service Center located to the south of the main entrance.
Guest Services is located on the south side of the main entrance to Great Southern Bank Arena. A guest services representative will be available to assist patrons with any questions or concerns they may have while in the facility.
No outside food/beverages are permitted in Great Southern Bank Arena. Allowances may be made for medical exceptions.
First aid is located at Guest Services on the south side of the main entrance inside Great Southern Bank Arena.
In the event of an evacuation during an event, patrons will be given instructions by Great Southern Bank Arena personnel over our PA system. Great Southern Bank Arena employees will help assist in the event of an evacuation.
There is a drop off area on the south side of Great Southern Bank Arena located on Bear Boulevard.
ADA parking is available in lot 25, which is located directly SW of Great Southern Bank Arena. The parking lot is located at the corner of Holland Bear Boulevard. The entrance to the lot is located on Holland Street.
Yes, we have event spaces available for special events and business meetings. Catering is also available. Please call 417-836-5240 for more information.
The northeast exit inside Great Southern Bank Arena will serve as the exit and re-entry doors during an event. An usher will stamp your hand exiting and check your hand upon on re-entry.
In an emergency situation only, you may contact a patron during an event if you know their seat location by calling the Guest Service Center 417-836-3369.
There are two elevators inside Great Southern Bank Arena. One is located at the midpoint on the north concourse and the second elevator is located at the midpoint on the south concourse.
Most events allow you to bring a non-professional camera with a non-professional lens. Some events have special circumstances that do not allow cameras into the facility, but that is determined by the event promoter. Videotaping of any form is not allowed during events.

All public Men's, Women's and Family restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Restrooms are located in each concourse. Family restrooms are located at the midpoint of both north and south concourses.
Yes, there is a Great Southern Bank ATM located in the main lobby of Great Southern Bank Arena. The concession stands, team store and box office all accept credit cards.

Great Southern Bank Arena does not control the sound system for events. The show brings in their own equipment and handles the sound level.

For most Missouri State athletics events, children the age 2 and under do not require a ticket if they sit on a lap and children 12 & under may receive a discount. This does not apply to tournaments and post-season play. For concerts and other special events, ticket prices for children can vary. For information on a specific event, please call our ticket office at 417-836-7678 to speak to a representative.
You can purchase tickets for our events in person at the Great Southern Bank Arena Ticket Office, charge by phone 417-836-7678 or online at MissouriStateTIX.com.
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange tickets. When buying tickets, everyone has access to the tickets through every outlet tickets are available, over the phone, in person and online. Sometimes a buyer does not complete their purchase and the tickets are then released back into the ticketing system for other individuals to purchase.
This means that your ticket will be able to be downloaded onto your smart phone. Present your smart phone, with ticket loaded, to the usher at the entrance and they will scan the barcode for entrance into the event.

Event Days that are on weekends or University holidays, the ticket office will open at 10am.
Fans are permitted to enter the facility with one bag per person that does not exceed 8.5″ x 11″.

Guests who have bags larger than this size will be asked to return them to their vehicles. All bags are subject to search for prohibited items at entry before entering the facility.
